Did i miss something? mines ended up really dry. should there have been any fluids added to it as well. tasted ok and smelled lovely when cooking, but the end result was terrible

Want to try something different for a dinner? Then this recipe must be perfect. Prepare this in the morning, and you'll have a delicious dish ready for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb (1.5kg) cut-up frying chicken
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion (large), sliced
  • teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Mix the oil, paprika, pepper and salt in a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly to form the paste.
  • Spread the paste to the chicken.
  • Place the slices of onions in a slow cooker.
  • Add the chicken.
  • Separate the the cloves (keep un-peeled)
  • Put the cloves around the chicken.
  • Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours over low.
  • Using a slotted spoon, take the chicken, garlic and onion off the slow cooker.
  • Transfer into a serving platter.
  • Squeeze the cloves over chicken.
  • Best if served with bread.
