Turkey Chili with Chocolate

Dark chocolate if mixed with turkey or chicken added with chilli is
one of savory dishes that you would sure love.
Ingredients:
- 500g (1lb) minced turkey
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- ½ - 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (crushed)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon plain flour
- 400 g (13oz) red kidney beans
- 400g (13oz) chopped tomatoes
- 450ml (14fl oz) chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 25g (1oz) dark chocolate ( chopped)
- Salt and pepper
- 4 soft tortillas
- Guacamole
- 3 teaspoons soured cream
Steps:
- Preheat cooker. Heat oil in
frying pan and add minced turkey, onion and fry stirring for 5
minutes. Mix garlic, spices and flour and add kidney beans.
- Let boil and break apart any big pieces of mince, then place in
slow cooking pot. Replace lid and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.
- Stir well then serve on top of soft tortillas that have been
warmed.
