Where is the curry paste mentioned in recipe? How much should one use?
This is a nice site but you really should READ and correct the recipes. I have found so many missing ingredients or inconsistent instructions it make the whole site a farce!

Turn your night into a sumptuous experience by preparing this incredible dish for your guests.

Ingredients

  • 6 duck legs
  • 1 small pineapple peeled, cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar light
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 red chilli deseeded and sliced
  • 6 kaffir lime leaves
  • Thai basil leaves to serve (optional)

Steps:

  • Brown the duck legs in a pan with oil.
  • Mix the curry paste, fish sauce, coconut milk, lime leaves and sugar in the slow cooker.
  • Place the duck legs in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.
  • Take the duck legs off the slow cooker, remove any fat from the sauce.
  • Stir in the pineapple, basil and half the chilli.
  • Cover and heat for few minutes.
  • Add more sugar or fish sauce to taste.
  • Garnish with basil leaves.
  • Serve.
