Combine steak with vegetables in the morning. It will be ready to enjoy during dinner, a sumptuous treat for everyone!


  • 14 oz (400g) can Muir Glen undrained
  • 2 lb (900g) boneless beef round steak
  • 6-8 red potatoes (small), cut into fourths
  • teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
  • 1 onion (medium) sliced
  • 1 cups ready-to-eat baby-cut carrots
  • 12 oz (340g) jar of beef gravy
  • fresh parsley chopped (optional)


  • The beef should be cut into 6 pieces.
  • Spray the skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Sprinkle the beef with salt.
  • Cook the beef in the skillet for about 6 to 8 minutes until brown.
  • Place the potatoes, beef, carrots and onion in the slow cooker.
  • Mix the gravy and tomatoes in a medium size bowl.
  • Using a slotted spoon, transfer the mixture in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook for 7 to 8 hours over low heat.
  • Spread the parsley on top.
  • Serve.
