Slow Cooker Size 3.5-4L+
Serves: 4
Cooking time: 2-3 hours on low or 4-6 hours on High

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn chips, broken up
  • ⅔ Cup sour cream
  • 280g (10 oz) processed cheese spread
  • 1 cups chunky salsa
  • 4 cups liquid chicken stock (prepared chicken broth)
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Steps:

  1. Combine liquid chicken stock, chunky salsa and processed cheese spread in a 3.5 to 4L slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook for 4 to 6 hours on Low or 2 to 3 hours on High.
  3. Add sour cream and stir well.
  4. Add corn chips into soup bowls. Pour soup over chips.
