Lentil Soup

Ingredients:- 1 cup dried lentils
- 8 teaspoons tomato sauce
- 400g (14oz) can chicken liquid stock or homemade stock
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green capsicum, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, sliced
- 1 carrot, halved, sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
Steps:- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
