Cooking time: 7-9 hours on Low or 3 -4 hours on High

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 900g (2 lbs) lean lamb mince
  • 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons beef stock powder
  • cup onion, minced
  • 2 large eggs, fork-beaten

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, stock powder, onion, and rolled oats. Stir.
  2. Add lamb mince. Mix and shape into round loaf.
  3. Place into a 3.5L slow cooker without touching the sides.
  4. Put the tomato sauce or ketchup on the top.
  5. Cover and cook for 7 to 9 hours on Low or 3 to 4 hours on High.
