Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb (700 g) chuck or stew steaks diced into small cubes
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 - 4 tablespoons Indian curry paste
  • 13 oz (420g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1-2 cups mixed vegatables chopped
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned flour

Steps:

  • 1. Coat the meat with the flour and fry or brown.
  • Put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker, vegetables first then put the meat and add the onion.
  • Cook for 8-10 hours over low heat.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
