Slow Cooker Chicken Recipes - Brunswick Stew

Ingredients:- 1 can 225g (8oz) of diced tomatoes
- 1 x 125g (4oz) of tomato paste
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 package of frozen lima beans or okra – thawed
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of crumbled rosemary
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- A dash ground cloves
- 2½ cups of chicken broth
Steps:- Add everything but the chicken broth into your slow cooker because you want to add it last.
- Stir the chicken broth into the mix very well and cover your Brunswick stew cooking on low heat for five to six hours.
- It is to be very noted that before you serve this dish that you make sure the bay leaf is removed and then stir.
- Serve the stew now to you and your family, enjoy!
