Beefy Noodles Soup Recipe

Ingredients:- 700g (1½ lb) lean beef mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 850g (30oz) mixed vegetables, drained
- 850g (30oz) Italian diced tomatoes
- 800g (28oz) beef liquid stock or homemade beef stock
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup medium egg noodles
Steps:- In frying pan, brown and cook beef until no longer pink and transfer to slow cooker.
- Add onion, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, beef stock and oregano.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.
- In saucepan, cook noodles according to package direction.
- Add noodles to slow cooker and cook 30 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
