Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin

I agree, this site is poor. Bad design with little thought and even less effort. Back to google.

Cooked the lamb shanks last night for 5 guests. The meat was cooked to prefection and my guests loved it. I am not a keen cook so i was very pleased to receive such praise especially with such little effort.

Why? There has been no visible effort to remove the American wording from the site even though it is hosted on a .org.uk domain, my guess is it's just a straight copy of an American site. The centrally-located adverts are off putting.

Cooked a joint of beef in it last week, it was so succulent and tender, much nicer than when cooked the oven. Also cooked a joint of turkey breast, again this was cooked to perfection.

I've just bought a slow-cooker, unfortunately the booklet that came with it was very basic, so I was delighted to find this very helpful and informative site. I think it is brilliant! Keep up the good work.

Slow Cooker Tip - Cooking Meats

  • For best results, ground meats must be cooked in a skillet before cooking in the slow cooker.
  • Large pieces of meat can be browned before cooking in the slow cooker, but this step isn't necessary. Browning adds colour and helps in flavour development.
  • Most meats require 8 hours of cooking on LOW. Use cheaper cuts of meat - not only do you save money, but these meats work better in the slow cooker. Cheaper cuts of meat have less fat, which makes them more suited to slow cooker cooking. Moist, long cooking times result in very tender meats.
