Cooking time: 6 hours on Low setting

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg (3 lbs) boneless venison roast
  • 1 x 28 g (1 oz) pack of dry onion soup mix
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 x 300 g (10.75 oz) can of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Steps:

  1. Place the meat in the slow cooker.
  2. Topped the meat with onions and add soy sauce, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  3. Combine the soup with the soup mix in a small bowl. Mix well and pour over the venison.
  4. Cover and cook for 6 hours over low heat.
