Slow Cooker Size 3.5L+
Serves: 24
Cooking time: 1-2 hours on Low setting

Ingredients:

  • 340 g (12 oz) artichoke hearts (marinated)
  • Cooking spray
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
  • 100 g (4 oz) sliced black olives
  • 1 cup crabmeat (lump)
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 2/3 cup spinach, frozen
  • red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps:

  1. Spray the cooking spray inside the slow cooker.
  2. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker and mix.
  3. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 hours over low heat.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Leave the setting to keep warm all day, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with bread if desired.
