This recipe requires 6-8 hours on low. Most pork / beef dishes are 3-4 hours high or 6-8 on low.

As a new beginner to slow cooking in crockpots I have tried this recipe today. It's currently cooking but one snag I came across. It does not inform the user on what temp to set the slow cooker on? Low, medium or high
Experts recommend you do not put frozen foods in the crockpot. All foods
should be defrosted before cooking so the food temperature can reach 140
degrees as soon as possible. However, since none of my family members are in
a high-risk group, I often cook frozen foods in the crockpot. The informed
choice is up to you.
