Slow Cooker Size 3.5L+
Serves: 4-5
Cooking time: 6-7  hours on Low setting

Ingredients:

  • 2 pheasants, cut into 4 parts
  • 1 x 110 g (4 oz) can of sliced mushrooms drained
  • ½ cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
  • 1 x 300 g (11 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • paprika

Steps:

  1. Place the pheasant pieces in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients (except for paprika).
  3. Sprinkle the paprika over pheasant pieces.
  4. Cover and cook for 6 to 7 hours on low heat.
  5. Transfer into the serving plates and serve.
