Melts in your Mouth Macaroni and Cheese

This is classic comfort food, several steps above that you get from a
kit. Add a side of vegetables and you have dinner. It’s also perfect for
potluck dinners and get-togethers because everyone likes it.
Ingredients:
- 1 450g (16 oz) pkg. macaroni
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 365g (13 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup melted butter
- Non-stick cooking spray
Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- Spray bottom and sides of slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Place macaroni and vegetable oil in slow cooker and stir.
- Add all remaining ingredients and gently stir until blended.
- Cover and cook on Low setting for 3 to 4 hours, stirring
occasionally.
