Slow Cooker Indian Beef and Tomato Curry

Ingredients:
- 750 grams (1½ lb) chuck or stew steak, diced into small cubes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2-4 tablespoons Indian curry paste
- 420 (13oz) grams diced tomatoes
- 1 cup
(250ml, 8fl oz) beef stock
- 1-2 cups vegetables of your choice, chopped
- 2 tablespoons seasoned flour
Steps:
- 1. Coat the meat with the flour and fry or brown.
- Put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker, vegetables first
then put the meat and add the onion.
- Cook for 8-10 hours over low heat.
- Serve immediately while hot.
