Slow Cooker Size 3.5L+
Serves: 6
Cooking time: 4 hours on High setting

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2 lb) frozen Italian meatballs, cooked (about 80 pieces)
  • 225 g (8 oz) pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 350 g (12 oz) pineapple preserves
  • 225 g (8 oz) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • cup brown sugar

Steps:

  1. Place all the ingredients (except for the meatballs) in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to the boil.
  3. Transfer to a slow cooker
  4. Add the preserved mixture.
  5. Cover and cook for 4 hours over high heat.
  6. Stir well before serving.
