Divine Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding Cake

This is an extremely easy dessert which is quite rich and comes out in
texture somewhere between pudding and cake. Since it is so decadently
rich, you may want to have this after a light supper, say, of grilled
chicken and steamed vegetables so you won’t be too full to get the
maximum enjoyment! Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you’re feeling
particularly indulgent.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 two-layer size packet chocolate cake mix
- 1 small bag (170 g, 6oz) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups sour cream
- ¾ cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
Steps:
- Spray inside of slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker with a spoon.
- Cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours without lifting the lid, if
possible.
