Butternut Squash with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon

Cut the stem of butternut squash and scoop the seeds out.
Quarter and cut the squash lengthwise.
Pour the apple juice in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon, sugar and butter.
Place the quartered squash in the slow cooker.
Spread the butter mixture over the squash.
Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
