Brilliantly Barbecued Beef for Slow Cooker

Barbecued beef is super easy to make in your slow cooker. Served on
sandwich rolls with a side of chips or crisps, it’s a great casual meal
for get-togethers, and the leftovers are even better next day. Serve
with cold beer or ale.
Ingredients:
- 1.4 kg (about 3 lbs) beef, cut into cubes
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- Sandwich rolls
Steps:
- Place beef, bouillon, and onions in slow cooker. Cover and cook
on High setting for 4 to 5 hours.
- Shred beef with forks. Drain all but 2 cups liquid.
- Put beef and remaining ingredients back into slow cooker with
liquid and stir. Cook on High setting for 45 minutes.
- Serve on sandwich rolls.
