I tried something very similar to this, the ingredients were only slightly different, but all I can say is I will never eat another tough dry pork chop again! It was absolutely delicious and very very tender.... A keeper!
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, lime juice, olive oil,
rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and hot sauce in slow cooker crock.
Add ribs, cover, and refrigerate overnight. (If your slow cooker
doesn’t have a removable crock, marinate in a large bowl overnight
and then transfer meat to slow cooker when you’re ready to cook it.)
Before cooking, drain off the marinade and discard.
