Wow– this is such aa0timely post for me! Ia0just got myself aa0slow ceookr and am totally hooked. Throw aa0few things in and when it's time to go home, dinadner is ready. Brilliant!Will have to try some of these deliadcious recipes

Oh.…how would Ia0live my life withadout my slow cooker! Ia0got one as aa0gift years ago, and my mom sicepfadiadcally asked if Ia0wanted the bigadger, oval one instead of the ciradcuadlar, smaller one. Am Ia0ever glad Ia0picked big, those ribs my kids want to eat incesadsantly wouldn't fit in the smalla0one!!Nice post. Actually Hong bak must have cekur and no dark soy sauce so that it won't look like char siu. Anyway your repice even tho is not the real hong bak repice is still so tasty.

It's hard to beat pulled pork for a sacdniwh and so many other dishes. I rubbed one about 1pm today and it's been sitting on the counter waiting to hit the smoker in about 30 minutes.

I tried something very similar to this, the ingredients were only slightly different, but all I can say is I will never eat another tough dry pork chop again! It was absolutely delicious and very very tender.... A keeper!

Ingredients

  • 12 boneless pork ribs or 20 boned pork ribs.
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • cup brown sugar
  • cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Steps:

  • Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, lime juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and hot sauce in slow cooker crock.
  • Add ribs, cover, and refrigerate overnight. (If your slow cooker doesnt have a removable crock, marinate in a large bowl overnight and then transfer meat to slow cooker when youre ready to cook it.)
  • Before cooking, drain off the marinade and discard.
  • Cook on Low setting for 9 hours.
  • Shred cooked meat with two forks.
