The recipe was from my aunt and is really easy to
make. It was originally cooked in a pot but the slow cooker always
brings out the best in any recipe.
Loved, loved this Mexican soup. I make alot of
Mexican dishes and this is right up there. I also tried the Spicy
sausage Mexican stlyle recipe ( slow cooker recipe) Was fantastic. As I
live in the UK now but am from Dallas, Texas. Sure miss my Tex-Mex food.
